It’s designed for both employers and candidates, offering role-based assessments, instant fit scoring, and decision-making support to hire smarter, not harder.

I led the end-to-end UI design for this platform — shaping the experience from onboarding to role creation and candidate review.

We created separate flows for employers and candidates, with progressive steps that didn’t overwhelm but kept things moving.

Role creation and management

Employers can quickly create a role, assign relevant psychometric tests, and manage candidate activity from a central dashboard.

Company Verification

To build credibility and trust, we added a company verification flow - with clarity at every step and status indicators for peace of mind.
